You visit our office so we can take impressions of your bite and create a set of custom plastic trays. We will then send these home with you, along with several plastic syringes of bleaching gel. Each day at home you will add gel to the trays and wear them for a specific amount of time, usually an hour a day, over a period of one to two weeks. The trays and leftover gel are then yours to keep if you need touch-ups in the months to come.
