Meet Dr. Amanda J. Foust
Dr. Amanda J. Foust has proudly served the people of Ankeny, IA and surrounding areas since 2006. She earned her BS in Psychology from the University of Iowa and attended U of I College of Dentistry for her dental degree. Since opening her own practice, she has dedicated herself to compassionate and personalized dental care. Dr. Foust cares for the complete well-being of her patients and strives to make them feel comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair. She also loves getting to know her patients and learning new things about them.
Dr. Foust is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Iowa Dental Association (IDA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Des Moines District Dental Society. Dr Foust strongly values continuing education and lifelong learning. She obtained her AGD Fellowship in Fall 2019.
In her free time, Dr. Foust enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She likes playing with her dogs, Lucy and Ronin, as well as reading, shopping, softball, and biking. Her favorite movie is The Princess Bride.
Stephanie graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2010 and joined our team as a dental hygienist in 2022. She enjoys creating relationships with our patients and educating them on their oral health. One of her favorite aspects of the job is getting to learn about patients and from them as well. When she is not in our office, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors on the lake, at the beach, or spending time with her friends and family.
Angi graduated from DMACC in 2018 and has been a dental hygienist with our team since 2022. She loves helping our patients restore their confidence by working together to improve their oral health. When she is not in our office helping patients, she enjoys volunteering with her church, crocheting, camping, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Samira is one of our wonderful dental assistants and has been on our team since 2023. She graduated from the DMACC Dental Assisting Program in 2013 and plans on expanding her skills in the future. She loves being a part of our small office and staying close with her coworkers. When she is not at work, Samira enjoys volunteering at her kids’ school, baking, hiking, and traveling.

Elizabeth is a dental assistant and office administrator. She became a registered dental assistant in 2012 and joined our team in 2020. One of her favorite aspects of this job is getting to know our patients. Elizabeth has worked in public health for many years, and when she is not helping our patients, she enjoys volunteering with her church, painting, scrapbooking, or spending time with her 5 kids.
Megan is our front desk administrator and helps check in our patients and keep the office organized. She graduated with her Associates of Science in 2005 and has been with us since 2023. Her favorite part about working here is that our office is small, which gives her a chance to have a close bond with her coworkers. Megan enjoys being able to welcome in our patients and build meaningful relationshis with them. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
