It isn’t often you’d laugh if crimes are taking place, but with the help of Ankeny Community Theatre’s Studio Series, there are laughs to be found. What if the characters from beloved fairy tales were held accountable for some of their “crimes”? Hansel and Gretel, Pinocchio, a wolf, an ugly duckling and more, along with the lawyers and the fairy tale investigators. This play is written especially to bring smiles to children’s faces, but adults are sure to find plenty of laughs as well.

Show dates are January 18 -20, 2020. There are a total of four performances: one in the morning, and three in the afternoon.

This play is rated G, and if your child will be comfortable watching a 45-minute show, then they are the right age to enjoy it. Parents and grandparents will also find the time passes quickly, as they follow this fairy tale adventures.
